Which acid is the fizziest?

Room 4's science fair project is finding out which acid reacts with baking soda to produce the largest amount of gas.

Vinegar and baking soda made a pretty big fizz.

Lemon juice and baking soda fizzed all the way to the top of the measuring beaker.

Lemonade and baking soda didn't fizz very much.

Orange juice and baking soda fizzed up to 200ml.

We decided to repeat our balloon gas experiment with lemon juice and baking soda.

Virtus tipped it in.

Wow!  The balloon went really full of gas.
