Our beating eggsperiment

Eggsperiment with beating on PhotoPeach

Room 4 did a science experiment today.  We wanted to find out if the eggs would change with beating.

First we put a whole egg in the bowl.  When we beat it it went all frothy and fluffy.  It felt like bubbles when we touched it.
Second we seperated an egg and beat the yolk on its own.  It didn't change at all.  It stayed yellow and felt slimy.
Last of all we beat the egg white on its own.  It changed the most!  It changed colour to white and it got bubbly, then creamy like icing.  It got bigger and filled up the bowl.  It felt as soft and white as a cloud.
